Inspired by the herbs and flavors of the northern table, Nordic Hearth is a savory blend of dill, chives, parsley, garlic, onion, caraway, and cracked black pepper. Fragrant and comforting, with just a whisper of caraway, it’s made for gathering around good bread and sharing what’s on the table.
Simply stir into olive oil and give the herbs a few minutes to awaken, then tear off a piece of crusty sourdough and dip in.
Optional: Add a small touch of Dijon mustard and honey to the olive oil for a sweet-savory twist inspired by Scandinavian flavors.
