I must say that you are a skilled craftsman. The baked goods are phenomenal I could only eat two cookies at one sitting. They are big and loaded with chips and that unique sourdough flavor. The bread I toasted lightly to get that fresh baked aroma back and I used 82.5% butter fat from Eastern European butter. It’s just a druelling experience. Congratulations, count yourself as one of the best Jenny. I plan to indulge in more as time goes by.
