A little fire for the feast table. Our Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough begins with our heritage starter and is loaded with sharp cheddar and jalapeños for a hearty, savory loaf with just the right kick. Bold and cheesy without letting the heat conquer the bread, it’s especially good toasted, alongside chili, or turned into a formidable grilled cheese.
Choose your shape: Batard for the classic rustic oval artisan loaf, or Pan Loaf for a rectangular, sandwich-friendly shape. All loaves are sold whole and unsliced.
