A beautifully crisp crust gives way to a tender, chewy crumb with the unmistakable depth and gentle tang of naturally fermented sourdough. Simple, timeless, and worthy of a place at any table.
Choose your shape: Batard for the classic rustic oval artisan loaf, or Pan Loaf for a rectangular, sandwich-friendly shape. All loaves are sold whole and unsliced.
