Our signature country wheat loaf is a slow-fermented sourdough made with a blend of organic whole wheat and bread flours, baked until the crust turns deep golden and the crumb stays soft and open. A lovely choice for those who enjoy a more wheat-forward flavor, without it ever feeling heavy or overpowering.
Choose your preferred shape:
Batard – a traditional rustic oval, ideal for artisan slices and paninis.
Pan Shape – baked in a loaf pan for a classic rectangular shape, perfect for evenly sized sandwich slices.
