Our sourdough pancake mix is crafted with a dehydrated sourdough starter, captured at peak activity to preserve its natural character. Once blended into the mix, it brings a quiet depth of flavor—soft, balanced, and gently complex rather than overtly tangy. The result is tender, fluffy pancakes with a subtle richness that sets them apart from the ordinary.
To prepare, simply add milk, egg, vanilla, and butter. Mix until smooth then cook as you would normally.
Each package serves 2-3 people (6-8 pancakes depending on size)
